(Version 1.0.x) Crashed and I can’t seem to open the app anymore. How do I fix this?
We’re really sorry. You are probably running OS 3.0 and the application must have allowed an invalid journey to be selected. Please delete the app from your device and add it again by using iTunes, or re-download using the App Store on your device, free of charge. Unfortunately you will lose your saved journeys. Until you have the update, if you see a blank row added to a journey, ensure you immediately delete it, by swiping left to right, to avoid the same situation. This issue has been fixed in version 1.1+.
